Our Live Music Series features incredible musicians from our community:

Our first artist, Laura Elena Fernandez, will be performing a wide-ranging operatic program featuring selections from Don Pasquale, Berg, and homages to her Cuban heritage. Hang on to your seats, her powerhouse voice might literally blow you away. 

Misty + Alvaro Bermudez will bring you a variety of stunning songs including mid-20th century Spanish pieces, classic Italian arias, and even a couple of jazz standards for good measure. This power couple is a force to be reckoned with.

Our Live Music Series is hosted by our very own Ben Beal. He’ll introduce performers and help you get to know these artists as musicians and people. Ben says, “Teaching at Miami-Dade College has given me the honor of getting to know Misty. Her musicianship is second to none, and her rich voice backed by Alvaro’s guitar is one of Miami’s best kept musical secrets. This is not a show you want to miss, folks!”
